These videos can help you understand the missions that you will be programing your robot to complete for points during competitions.

If you are new to Lego Mindstorms check out this first video.  It features an EV3 robot completing some of the missions.  Keep in mind for each mission you must not just complete the mission objective, but also your robot must make it back to base without any help from a human:

Build Instructions - Getting Started

Hello: Here are the instructions you'll need to start building the challenge elements.

Fill out this spreadsheet stating who you are working with and to tell us when it's finished.

First Lego League Challenge for 2012

Take a  look at this year's mission. It's called Senior Solutions. Please watch the video by the first official full meeting--not the lunch meeting. Of course, you can watch it earlier if you want.

In comments, provide links to other good videos and resources which may be of help as we start thinking about how we will design our robots to compete in this year's challenge.
